#61 - A thought on the Universal Themes for Human Life
Hello Readers,
Just wanted to update you on my current progress for the eBook Course that I am making entitled, “ Efficient Work”. I have been making great progress and I will soon try to publish that eBook on my blog. There has also been a couple of things that I reorganized on my website as well which are:
-I compiled all my previous individual lessons, and just left the whole “STUDY SPACE” course available for $49.99. Fifty dollars is the most reasonable price that I can sell it at, given that it’s a week long course of almost 100 pages and I spent a long time this year developing that. Anyone reading this can download it and be able to access it now. I really like just selling digital products due to the relative ease of how it is done on my website.
-I’m going to start marketing and making phone calls to businesses/other entities. Part of the problem of the digital world is getting yourself exposed to other people. So I created a flyer for marketing and I’m going to start spreading the word about my website a little bit. There’s only so much that I can do blogging on this website to generate traffic.
-I’m interested in doing a philosophical course. My love and fascination with the game, “The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time”, made me want to explore it more and dissect it into it’s many elements. One part of it is the themes that all the dungeons have in the game and I think they take on themes for human life. I think that’s why it has made this game so successful, is that it has targeted or done really well at elaborating on the main themes for human life. So I wanted to start on a series on my blog, just to keep the fire burning so to speak on here. I am unsure If anyone would be interested in hearing this, but oh well, I need to keep my blog going, and just need to keep writing.
The idea is that Ocarina of Time and it’s elemental temples are broken down into 6 areas: Forest, Fire, Water, Shadow, Spirit, and Light. And these correspond to the following themes for human life: Growth, Friendship, Love, Death, Struggle, and Celebration. I think that is why this game has hit so hard.
So what do you guys think about this? Leave a comment below If you have a better alignment or can think of something else.
