#57 - Next Topic, Ergonomics!

Hello Readers!

My plans for my next course have to do with the subject of Ergonomics. Ergonomics is the study of getting environments and systems suitable for the human body and human experience. It’s all about making the things we use more healthy for us to use. By the term “Healthy” I mean in a way that it doesn’t promote strain and energy. It’s a very important topic.

If you have ever:

-Wondered why your hands or arms hurt when you type.

-Why you are exhausted after a day of office work.

-Feel neck pain or experience any strain in your head while working.

-Feel uncomfortable working, but can’t ever identify why.

Then Ergonomics is for you! My previous week long course STUDY SPACE dove briefly into this topic. But now, since this topic is so important in our daily lives, I want to dive deeper and explore all of these topics more in detail. Again, whenever I deliver a course I try to provide the most value by giving you all:

-Detail Lessons demonstrating all the concepts.

-Self made enriching artwork to teach all the concepts fluidly.

-Worksheets to sum up each lesson which put into practice the lessons learned. Again, the worksheets are the most important aspect of the lessons. So be sure to always do them!

Anyways, I will continue to update you all! The holidays are just around the corner!

-Calvin
