#50 - Happy Halloween!

I just wanted to follow up on my Fall Post from last week. Today is the big day and everyone is dressing up and festivities are in the air. One of the things that my classes will be doing is watching: The Nightmare Before Christmas. It's a tradition in my classes for a number of reasons, but the biggest reason is that it is a celebration of animation and study of the field as a whole.

I always enjoy Nightmare Before Christmas and I think the best works of art have a number of attributes:

-The music is very, very important in the work of art whether it’s film or game. It makes a big impression on the user, is very unique, and a lot of effort is put into it.

-The characters are very, very unique as well. So unique that they go on to being immortalized and remember for the stories that they were told in.

-Usually, after this, the rest of the work is near perfect as well. There’s some creative elements where there’s infinite possibilities, but the rest of the work was done to near perfection or very, very high quality.

In other news this is my son Baby Clark’s first holiday! We are super excited and we are going to dress up like wizards from Harry Potter. He’s going to get a little Hedwig Costume. It’s going to be awesome. We also are going to make Pumpkin Juice and Butter Beer! Should be a lot of fun!

So that’s really all I have to say, I don’t have any updates regarding the website or my courses. Since I’ve been so focused on projects at work. Of course, I’m still working on them slowly and making finished products. It’s just going to take time of course.

Have a Happy Halloween and wonderful Fall!
